Ron and Sue came out and took care of the damage that a leak from a broken pipe caused in my laundry room. They were fast, friendly and very professional. They provided excellent service. we were very pleased with the end result.

When a pipe broke in my bathroom during my families 4th of July camping trip it affected 4 rooms in my house. Within an hour of calling my insurance company SERVPRO of Fairfield was at my front door. My wife and I were really confused about the whole process, but the staff, from the ladies at the office to the crew who came out. Took care of EVERYTHING. My mother-in-law had major flooding in her home because of a broken pipe and I called SERVPRO and they went out to her home and assessed the damage, gave her an estimate which was within her budget. They set up fans, they tested her home for mold and they helped her through the whole process. She is back in her home comfortably thanks to SERVPRO.

While every personal "emergency" comes with its own set of chaotic circumstances, I want to commend the SERVPRO of Fairfield team for making a difficult situation less stressful for our family. A small but destructive house fire (smoke damage) was a huge headache, but the team at SERVPRO was very professional, knew how best to mitigate, and moved quickly to get the work done. The cleaning crew checked in with me multiple times daily, the office administrators coordinated a lot of moving parts and never once did something slip between the cracks. You recently talked with my husband when you collected the check for our final payment. He gave me your email and I wanted to send a quick thank you to you and your team for your help with the leak in our master bedroom.    Our project manager was Shane and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and supportive. As fairly new homeowners, this was the first time we had experienced a leak in our home or had to be the ones to manage the situation without calling a landlord! When I contacted the SERVPRO main office, the front office staff was extremely kind and were able to get Shane out to assess the situation that same day. When Shane arrived he was patient in explaining the steps of what was going to happen to resolve the leak and water damage. He took the time to explain the difference between what we may expect with our Home Warranty vs. Homeowners Insurance coverage. He set up fans and a dehumidifier until we could get the plumber out to resolve the leak. When the plumber came out, he had to turn the water on and the water flooded the carpet again. I immediately called Shane and he calmly explained that the dehumidifiers would take care of it and not to worry. He and his crew worked quickly and efficiently throughout the project. He checked-in with me frequently about the progress and was accurate in his estimations of the length of time the drying process would take. I couldn't be more pleased. The work crew was so thorough, very kind to my needs and they didn't talk among themselves that I could hear. They were here about business. The men that cleaned the carpet and furniture were as equally efficient and quiet. The drapes, pillows and bedroom comforter were checked for physical damage and noted if any before leaving my home. My home was in better condition after the restoration than before the damage.

They are very professional easy to talk to they came back see how things were drying out, removed some carpet padding so it would dry better, removed fans when everything was completely dry. The crew were just very caring people

We were staying on the 2nd level of an Apartment Complex in E. Richmond, one morning the Water Heater decided to burst, the whole kitchen and Living Room were flooded, not to mention the lower unit was even worse, well, SERVPRO came out a few hours later and got to work, these guys and girls are true professionals, they actually care about the customer, and the job they did couldn't have been done much better.

I had a very good experience with SERVPRO Fairfield CA. I worked with 5 people Dave, Dave, Marilyn, Amy & Don . After the Aug 2014 Earthquake at 3 am my water heater busted and my wall got wet in my garage. SERVPRO sent out people that explained the process and the billing procedure so I didn't have any surprise bills in the mail THAT IS WHAT I LIKED THE BEST. They worked around my schedule I had for different attendants stop by each with their own personality and each were great. Excellent team and the office Admin named Marilyn seemed to run the show and do a darn good job. They left big dryers on the wall for 4 days and my wall was good.

A fairly routine bathroom tile job quickly turned into our worst nightmare when we discovered black mold on our subfloor during demo. Within about an hour, we had a Project Manager (Gus) on site for evaluation. Gus was extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly explained what we were looking at and what the steps were to get rid of this toxic growth.
