When the tenant of a El Cerrito apartment complex called in to say there was a water leak coming from there kitchen sink our technician Eric sprang into action he arrived at the property at 9:20am he assessed it has a Category 2 water loss (category 2, contains a significant degree of chemical, biological, or physical contaminants and causes discomfort or sickness when exposed or consumed). He found the source of the leak was caused by the dishwasher line, removed toe kick (the area between the base cabinet and the floor) vacuumed the entire area, set 2 air movers, a dehumidifier, sanitized the area and was out by 11:00.
